At least every episode isn't a comedy like some ST series...
Ok, maybe there are some problems (the black Vulcan, since for what
I've seen Vulcan is all the same climate) but there have been more good
episodes than bad.

Yeah i seen that x file episode with the killer roaches. It was a
good episode. But, if your a person that can't live with bugs. Then
it would be better off not to watch it. Of course those people that
are afraid of bugs, are pussies. But, since bugs can't really hurt
you, other than the ones that bite you and carry diseases, that bugs
are not that bad. Of course if i see on around my room, i would
probably kill it. But, back to talking about the x file episode. I
have to admit, i thought at first that Mulder was crazzy to think that
the aliens were sending these small robotic bugs to the planet earth as
a robot to observe what goes on, on the earth. But, does anyone know
if that was really true, or that Mulder was wrong about that. Unless
there was a totally new reason that these bugs were killing people. I
just like to discuss this further with anyone that replies to this.

Hey i never knew that i would meet someone else on here, that would
share the same opinion. Yes the human race, apparently seems to be
getting stupider, and weaker. I think the human race is always week,
since we have to have skin and bones, than whatever else that can make
a human feel as if he was strong. I think against any alien lifeform
that has a different type of body, would show that if they wanted to
take us, it would be easy for them, since we are a weak racfe.

really? then what is? femininty is just the opposite, and before you go
plundering into a losing argument, you should scan the definition in your
webster's... submissiveness, not agression, is one of the "defining
characteristics" as you so well put it, of the feminine behavioral pattern.

Gamma Rays are much higher frequency than light. Microwaves are lower frequency
than visible light, just below the infrared band. They used to call them "Radar
Ranges" because some radar sets use the same frequency band. And yes, you can
get cooked if you stand in front of a fire control radar set.

!! I just finished watching the most recent episode of American
Gothic, and WOW! do I like this show! Up to this point it's been
good, interesting, creepy, etc. but tonight's episode (called
"Inhumanitas") was awesome. For one thing, it was wonderful to see
Sheriff Buck actually scared. He may be the star, but you just love
to see him lose.
Anyway, I don't know how many of you all watch the show, but it seems
to be getting better all the time. Even if you watched the first
episode or two and didn't like it, I'd recommend trying it again. It
just keeps getting better. And I think I've finally found number
five. I've been trying to figure out my favorite five tv shows on the
air currently. Now I have Babylon 5, The X-Files, Homicide: Life on
the Street, Due South, and American Gothic.
If anyone wants to discuss AG I'd love to hear from you. Oh, btw, I
found an AG homepage. http://www.cbs.com/ag. The episode summaries
aren't very good, but it has a long an interesting Q&A session with
show creator Shawn Cassidy, executive producer Sam Raimi, and star
Gary Cole.

BW> "Christmas" one. Pretty sad. I don't really have a favorite one, the
BW> one called "Fredd Butt's" was pretty hilarious, I enjoyed that one.
I just wanted to comment... I liked the "Christmas episode" (The
River of Stars") a lot, actually. Kind of sappy I suppose, but it was
honest sappiness, not just sappy pretending to be meaningful. My favorite
episode by far, though, is "Eyes," the conspiracy episode that vaguely
reminded me of Babylon 5. I haven't seen this week's episode yet (have it
recorded).
I liked "Who Monitors The Birds?" a lot as well. It was interesting
how it could be so, well, interesting, with so little dialogue. I
don't think I've ever seen a TV episode with less dialogue. The wierd
thing is, with his haircut and all the black stuff on his face, I
didn't realize it was Hawkes until almost half way through the
episode! I just thought it was some guest star, though I couldn't
figure out for the life of me why they were focusing on him. Call me
slow...
As for characters, they all seemed rather phony at first, but I'm
getting used to them. Like you, my favorites are Vansen and McQueen,
and my least favorites are West and Damphouse (erk!).
Can't say I cared all that much for "Ray Butts," though. At least,
not the character.
