Just a note, but Graham played the Tosk Hunter, not Tosk himself.
Tosk was played by Scott MacDonald.

Oh, and yikes! Gary Graham and Gerritt Graham are not the same person!
Gary Graham plays Sikes on Alien Nation.

I too, was at the Gathering II and returned penniless, suffering from sleep
deprivation and the Adrianiac Flu. It was great! Are you aware of the Fido
Highlander echo? Ask for it by name, it hails from Arkham Asylum. I just
recieved the second Highlander Store catalog and saw the stuff we examined a

be there.

Chris Ogniben said to The Raven regarding Krypton:

CO>If your a comic reader, than a collector.. You are missing out
CO>on a great personal buisness or hobby. I mean, do you realize
CO>how much money you can make by collecting comics, and you still
CO>can read them.. But, you make a big profit later in life with them.

It is to laugh. If you are a dealer, you *think* you're going to
retire on those back issues of Harbinger that you artificially
inflated by holding them back from the public (not that you'll get the
money from me--I come right out and say, "That's just too much. I'll
wait for a more reasonable price." That really burns the dealer
standing there with his precious Wizard Price Update in his hand.) If
you are a "collector" you might get lucky and buy a copy of some issue
that becomes "hot" but a year later chances are it will be back in the
25 cent box. The only comics that keep high value are the Golden Age
stuff that is truly hard to find in good condition.

Every time you buy three copies of something now, double bag them, and
say to yourself, "Someday these will be worth lots of money!" keep in
mind that two million other fanboys like yourself are doing exactly
the same thing.

And this isn't just my opinion; a very funny cartoon was published in
one issue of The Buyer's Guide a few years back that showed a vast
landscape of houses and out of every one of them a voice was saying,
"Someday these comics will be rare and valuable!" (Hah--not if there
are that many mint-and-bagged copies lying around as "investments"!)

Dealers themselves aren't making any kind of "big money" off even the
Golden Age stuff they've got their hands on. If they were, you
wouldn't hear about comic shops going under every day. And personally
I can't feel sorry for them, after being told they expected me to fork
over $100 plus for Harbinger #1 not even a year after it was put on
the stands. Gee, how come they want that much when every one of them
has two or three copies they drag to every show and take back home
with them?

Buy a comic if you want to read it. It's mentality like the "buy for
a huge payback investment!" that means someone like me, who just wants
to read the comic, can't even get a copy of it. Thanks for nothing.

OOTC: I am currently reading Babylon 5 and X-files. Why is it that
TV/Movie adaptation comics have art that is even worse than the old
Gold Key stuff? Both of these comics have art so bad I wouldn't even
put it in my catbox. I only buy it for the stories.
